A Bit About Us…

TING was founded because the need was mutual: organisations needed better ways to show up for the people inside and around them, and those people deserved more than what was on offer.

We work across two areas, People, Leadership & Culture, and Social Impact & Community, because we believe that organisations that want to do great work need the best possible support, to help them build culture internally and create the appropriate infrastructure to help them to create authentic social impact strategies.

Our team brings together over thirty years of combined experience across leadership development, people and culture, change management, social impact programme design, coaching, facilitation, and community engagement. We come from the communities we work with. It’s the foundation of everything we do.

Our approach is grounded in design thinking, honest dialogue, and a relentless commitment to doing work that actually changes things. We don’t do box-ticking. We don’t write reports that gather dust. We work with organisations that are serious about building something better, and we stay until they can feel the difference.
