What is Reframe: Leadership Programme?
Reframe was built from a pattern we kept seeing across our client work. Organisations promote people because they're exceptional at their jobs, then wonder why their culture is struggling.
Being great at the work doesn't make you great at leading people. And when managers aren't equipped to lead well, the effects compound: trust erodes, culture quietly deteriorates, and good people leave.
Over 8 modules, Reframe shifts how managers think, show up, and lead, building the habits, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence needed to lead real humans doing real work. With a strong emphasis on accountability, inclusion, and clear communication, it helps managers stop working around problems and start owning the impact they have on people, culture, and results.

The Modules
Being brilliant at your job doesn't automatically make you brilliant at leading people.

Truly grasp the real responsibility of leadership, the move from task ownership to people and outcome ownership. Map where you're leading by habit rather than intention, and reset.

Build deep awareness of your leadership style, energy, and presence, especially under pressure. Learn how intent, bias, and behaviour translate into real impact for others.

Develop the courage and skill to communicate clearly, give and receive feedback well, and handle difficult conversations without avoidance or escalation.

Move from being the problem-solver to the builder of strong thinkers. Learn how to coach, delegate, and develop others, and banish micromanagement for good.

Strengthen judgement under pressure. Learn when to decide, when to influence, and when to ask for help, and navigate up, down, and across the organisation with confidence.
