MIDDLE MANAGERS ARE ALREADY RUNNING THE SHOW, BUT WITH NO SUPPORT *
The people in the middle of a creative agency are the ones really in charge. They make things happen, keep the team spirit alive, and make decisions that usually go unnoticed unless something goes wrong.
Many of them are doing this without enough help. If they had the right tools, enough time, and clear ways to communicate effectively, think how much stronger your team culture could be when it's crunch time.
To develop better leaders for the future, we need to give them the tools now - while they’re in it.
Reframe
Our 8-module programme Reframe is designed to help busy creative agency middle-managers become self-aware creative leaders.
Delivered in-person over 8 months, we combine organisational theory with the stories we all know and love (think hit TV shows Slow Horses, Succession and The Pitt), to help turn good people into great leaders.
What you get
-
If you’re not prioritising your own development, how can you be expected to help others grow?
Growth doesn't wait politely for the next promotion, it comes from self-awareness, and from being willing to look honestly at your actions and their impact.
We help you see your own patterns before they become someone else's problem.
-
The stories we watch shape the leaders we become.
The best lessons stick when they're attached to something you already feel and have watched play out.
We use organisational theory alongside TV, film, and pop culture to teach leadership.
-
Embedded learning happens when we are in the room with one another, not siloed at our desks or on a virtual call.
You can sense what brings into the room, what they miss, how they land on the people around them.
We intentionally create this space regularly, so people connect naturally, rather than by chance.
-
Becoming a great leader requires time to pause, reflect, and notice, and none of that happens by accident.
You deserve to have your development time protected, not squeezed into the gaps around everything else.
We build time into your working routine so it becomes a habit instead of a struggle.
PHASE 2: LEAD OTHERS
-
Multiply your impact.
Move from being the problem-solver to the builder of strong thinkers. Learn how to coach, delegate, and develop others, creating space for people to think, grow, and take initiative.
Banish micromanagement forever.
-
Lead confidently in complexity.
Strengthen judgement under pressure, prioritise what really matters, and navigate up, down, and across the organisation with confidence. Learn when to decide, when to influence, and when to ask for help.Know your blind spots.
-
Action your accountability.
Learn how to take responsibility without blame, facilitate challenging situations, and lead through uncertainty and change. Focus on influence, resilience, and sustaining trust when the stakes are high.
Grow with every challenge.
-
Commit.
Reflect on the full journey, surface shifts in thinking and behaviour, and integrate learning into a clear personal leadership canvas - so Reframe doesn’t end, it gives you purpose.

Rochelle Robertson
Founder and strategic lead
Rochelle founded TING after over a decade working across the public and private sectors, connecting organisations with diverse talent and communities with opportunity. As a neurodivergent founder, she has a rare ability to see both the strategic picture and the human detail, which is why the organisations she works with tend to stay.
Rochelle leads TING’s community and social impact work, oversees strategy across both pillars, and brings particular expertise in programme design, community engagement, and grant development.
Clare Jones
Head of people, leadership and culture
Clare leads TING’s consultancy and leadership development work, including the Reframe programme and our culture and change engagements. With a background in coaching, training, and organisational development, Clare works with leaders and teams navigating the hard parts, restructures, culture breakdowns, rapid scaling, and the day-to-day complexity of leading people well.
Her approach is direct, grounded, and deeply practical. She builds the kind of trust with clients that makes honest conversations possible.

Our approach
Community is everything
Real leadership comes from people actually knowing each other, not just working together.
That's why we priorities building connections in every session we run.
Creative minds need creative inspiration
We use TV shows, movies, and pop culture that you already enjoy to teach leadership. Lessons are easier to remember when they connect to something familiar.
Leadership looks different for everyone
There's no single template for a good leader, so we help you build from your own style and find your highest point of contribution.
Inclusion as default
We don't just make space for neurodivergent minds and cultural differences; they are part of our core. This way, every type of leader can be supported right where they are.
